We examined what systematic structures high school principals have put in place to support low-income families. The research question was as follows:

RQ1:  What systematic structures have high school principals put in place to support low income families?                                                                  

We performed a thematic analysis by using NVivo 10 to examine the research question. The common theme was as follows: high school principals and low-income families. Two primary subthemes appeared from the analysis: (a) differentiation and (b) mini lesson.
