Project Description
The purpose of this study was to measure 1) if managers’ transformational style of leadership significantly affects the strategic management of organizations, and 2) if their transactional style of leadership significantly affects the strategic management of organizations. The hypotheses being tested were:
H1. Managers’ transformational style of leadership significantly affects the strategic management of organizations.
H2. Managers’ transactional style of leadership significantly affects the strategic management of organizations.
We conducted a regression analysis to test the hypotheses. Managers’ transformational style of leadership significantly affects the strategic management of organizations (B=.60, p < .05). Managers’ transactional style of leadership significantly affects the strategic management of organizations (B=.63, p < .05).
