The purpose of this qualitative case study was to examine leadership behavior and organizational learning. The research question was:
Q1. How has leadership behavior affected organizational learning?
We performed a thematic analysis by using NVivo 10 to examine the research question. The common theme was as follows: leadership behavior and organizational learning. Three primary subthemes appeared from the analysis: (a) encouragement, (b) helpfulness, and (c) motivation.
