The Impact of Blood Transfusions on the Risk of Cancer in the Recipients
The purpose of the study was to measure the impact of blood transfusions on the risk of cancer in the recipients. The hypothesis was as follows: Blood transfusions significantly affect the risk of cancer in the recipients. We performed a regression analysis. The p value is not significant at an alpha level of .05 (p > .05). Thus, blood transfusions do not increase the risk of cancer in the recipients (p > .05).
